For all the die hard romantics out there, this weekend will be extra special for you as it is Valentine’s Day on Monday – but people will be celebrating it all weekend. We have picked some of favourite things to do this weekend in London.

Valentines @ Late

Monday 14th February – 6.30 – 10.00pm – £6.00

This themed evening at the Museum of London includes a cha cha cha and rumba dance class lead by Stardust Ball, and aphrodisiac love potions created by jelly meisters Bompass & Parr to name just a few things happening.

‘Carefree’

Sunday 13th February – 3.00pm – £6.50

The Musical Museum will be screening the 1938 romantic musical, Carefree by Mark Sanrich and starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. The afternoon begins with a prelude on the museums Wurlitzer.

Love Birds: Posh Bird Or Cheep Date?

Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th February – 1.30-4.30pm – £2.00-12.99

A quirky Valentine’s Day event combining a romantic walk and then a workshop at the London Wetland Centre to create either a posh bird box(£12.99) or an inexpensive bird feeder(£2.00) to take home.
